Las Palmas tower is one of seven residential high rise towers in Coronado, California. The 16 level high rise renovation lead the design committee to ask the designer to create a "boutique" hotel atmosphere in this beautiful, community. Such adornments as custom designed sofa and rug rest atop a custom designed "infinity" styled rug. The major "cloud" designed pendant gives an ethereal quality as the baroque styled mirror is framed by a mohair upholstered wall in the main lobby. The walls are decorated with palm prints on stainless for a slightly contemporary edge. The hallways lighting system is its most notable achievement as the sophisticated soffit system hides all lamping and creates an ambient glow. Each elevator lobby has its own custom designed bench with backlit lobby mirror.
